Reminds me of my high school job. It was located in an area of town that had boomed back in the 40s, been run down into the ground, and was recently seeing a resurgence of prosperity. I worked at one of the new upscale retail stores there. We had rented out the floor of an old bank across the street to use as a storage area. It didn't take me three trips over there to realize that the "consulting business" that rented the floor above us was, as my manager liked to call it, a "seedy -- no pun intended -- operation."

My point being that if you work near a brothel it's hard not to notice. I call shenanigans!

The only thing that goes to show is that the start up costs for a legal brothel are to high, if there are still illegal brothels going on.

I remember some "research" where the price was 3-4x the amount ion the legal brothels than it was for the "home business"

They had to close the premier's home for financial reasons.
