Fantastic Subby! One of the great bands of all time. IMHO these guys boast the best rhythm section of their era that's not named Flea/Chad Smith.

Nice choice on song too.

Gotta love this song. It's so obviously one of Farrell's acid trip "thinking up lyrics off the top of my head, hey, let's record this" songs. Works, though.

Weakest song on that album ... which tells you how awesome that album is.

I'm glad THREE DAYS squeaked into the Guitar Magazine's Greatest Solos list (#100 of 100).

This album was the soundtrack to my college days.

I remember this like it was yesterday.
Even though it was 18 years ago.
Damn I feel old...

weaker than Been Caught Stealing? No way. (I like Been Caught Stealing, but it is the weakest track)

/is pretty sure he used to own a quilt with dinosaurs on it. When he was 4.

If only Perry could sing, that would have been one of my all time favorite albums.

I personally never cared for Jane's Addiction.

I am absolutely not dissing this band, but why does Fark get a boner for them?

Great album.

Nothing's Shocking is a better album, though.

After escaping a horrifying marriage (where I chewed my own leg off to get away) I started listening to real music again and Jane's Addiction was my first foray into catching up after six demeaning and ear-bleeding years of Whitney Houston-type crap.

They will always be special- and not just in a rubber helmet riding the short bus kind of way.

Wow. I got Ritual as a high school student (when it was released). To this day, it's on my list of top albums ever made, even though I've definitely drifted away from much of the harder stuff. "Then She Did" gives me chills. And "Three Days" is just everything a song can possibly be. Best. Album. Ever.

Agreed. I think Three Days followed by Then She Did is the best 18 minutes of music ever made.
