dahmers love zombie [TotalFark] 2008-11-02 09:43:43 AM
Weekend at Jong Il's? I see they couldn't get the zombie stare out of his eyes, so they had to use sunglasses.

Mugato [TotalFark] 2008-11-02 10:10:36 AM
Quick and dirty, just like those little Korean bastards.

If I didn't know any better it looks like in the second picture he's picking that guy's nose.

It's nice to know that somebody else has a more embarrassing government than ours.

DrForrester 2008-11-02 11:39:15 AM
Perhaps all that crazy has spread to his inner organs.

Exactly.. why is he picking his nose

tuxedobob 2008-11-02 11:41:41 AM
Looks more like a lookalike than anything else. The guy in the first 2 pictures doesn't quite look like the guy in the third.

I'm sure Frank Oz is involved somehow.

First thing I thought. Disproves the theory that you can't pick your friend's nose.

Farker Soze 2008-11-02 11:43:21 AM
Kim Jong Il can see into the future, so there was no need for players to be on the field at that time.

Akbar the Trappiste Monk 2008-11-02 11:43:26 AM

Hmmm... He comes from a country that doesn't like us very much.

skinink 2008-11-02 11:45:10 AM

You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but only the dying tyrant of a Third World Country can pick his friend's nose. I think he should pull a reverse Stalin and have himself PS into a soccer game crowd.

I'm wondering how they will sell his successor to the people, concerning the god-like cult there is around Kim Jong Il...

Also, I'm quite curious about how North Korea will react, should the news of Kim Jong's death reach the masses. I think they will all flip the fark out, start pulling out their hairs and start eating each other where they stand.

I hope they have no operative missile silo's and such, because it really could mean the end of the world for the brainwashed masses in North Korea.

I'm guessing they're either making clones of him or are rebuilding his image on another poor North Korean soul through plastic surgery.

abyschan 2008-11-02 11:48:12 AM
Yanno, they could at least get someone to doctor the images that doesn't get all crazy with the Hue/Contrast layer controls.

Kant Lavar [TotalFark] 2008-11-02 11:49:19 AM
Ah, yes, the Kimmer. Never fails to amuse.

/Second pic (the nose picking one, above) really does look shopped. Can't point to any specific evidence, but I just get that feeling.
//Or is that because I haven't eaten since breakfast?

Kaltros 2008-11-02 11:50:15 AM
The picture of him picking that guy's nose looks shopped. And not even as good a job as Farkers do on a regular basis.

Naw, it looks fishy. All of the guys seem to be staring just past Kim's right shoulder.

Do you think we can submit portfolios of electronic artwork with a resume to the North Korean government? I guarantee that I can do a better job than they did.

Request: "Make a far more believable 'Deer Leader is OK!' photoshop job than North Korea currently can do."

I think a lot of Farkers could. Furthermore, I think they should. In this thread.

I watched the match between Mangyongbong and Jebi, star striker Go Pak Bong scored two goals leading Jebi to victory.

Here's a note. McCain is four years older than Jong Il.

/I'd try, but all I gots is Paint. XKCD-style Kimmer, anyone?

"Mangyongbong"? That's not a name, it's a bad Scrabble hand.

Quantumbunny 2008-11-02 12:02:59 PM
What is it with countries like Cuba and North Korea unwilling to admit to the sickness and/or death of a leader? And why now, has this kind of crap happened in the past and just gone unquestioned?

some attorney 2008-11-02 12:03:52 PM
That's probably because soccer is just as exciting with or without players.

phlegmmo 2008-11-02 12:07:40 PM
The fact that the North Koreans are hiding the dates when the photographs were taken suggests to Japanese professor of international relations, Toshimitsu Shigemura, that Kim is seriously ill Il.

Take a look at how his left arm is positioned. He looks like he has had a stroke and has lost some control of his arm. It looks like he's been propped up. The heavy clothing he's wearing could be used to hide a brace.

FDR would approve.

IF he dies suddenly they will let a stand it (body double) take over for a bit while a good group forms. A lot of jockeying and stuff. The military will take it though and it will be told as him ascending to heaven. Or they will do a huge public display for his death. Look up his fathers death. The military generals will make a ruling council though. And I bet relations improve. Even though the propaganda will not stop and we will still be evil.

There is no fundamental reason why Russia, China, the US and Europe cannot get along. If the major powers of the world could stand together instead of apart, the Kim Jong Ils and Robert Mugabes of the world could be wiped clean.

Not fer nuttin but, "lush foliage"? Umm, colored leaves and bare branches are visible. And one would wonder why they see no crowd at the game, not players, since the camera is not facing the field.

As if they really need to make shiat up. Reality isn't enough?

thesandbender 2008-11-02 12:35:21 PM
It's sad that their is an entire country that buys into this. (Get all of your Bush/Cheney remarks out of the way now.) So much so that even their own government thinks we buy this crap. Seriously, they know the US, China and Russia have pervasive intelligence capabilities and still ... "Oh.. he's just fine... why no... I don't smell embalming fluid... why do you ask?"

It just needs to come to an end. China needs to politely tell North Korea that they don't want any unrest on their borders (aka... "You think *you* have a lot of soldiers and nukes?") and the US and Russia saying "Yeah... what they said". We can send the senior members of the regime off to some ultra-elite retirement home in the middle east and fix these peoples lives.

And the thing is... South Korea wants this. This is not forcing an ideal on people... this is actually fixing sh*t that was screwed up decades ago.

You're right. I didn't apply the previous paragraph's subject to the following one. I mean, why would a new paragraph talk about the subject of the article instead of the subject of the previous paragraph?
