I saw something that said that the council that made the findings on the investigation can't do it, but some other group could. Clinton should never have been impeached. Nor should he have resigned. There is a difference between what he lied about and what Bush, Nixon, or even Palin have lied about or done. The same goes for Kwame Kilpatrick- it wasn't that he was sleeping with his chief of staff, it was all the other scandals he was involved in.

How do the laws of discovery work with copied emails? Typically if you reply to an email, it will include a copy of the email you are replying to, giving someone both sides of the conversation (or more depending on how long the string is). Would all this info be admissible, or would the stuff not from SP's account be censored?
