I disagree with this. I have been living with my girlfriend for like a year and a half and I think it is healthy to beat it every once in a while to a porno.

There have been studies that if a guy ejaculates 5+ times a week in his 20s he can lower his chances of prostate problems later in life. While sometimes all those times can be covered by sex lots of times they cannot.
