That's a good way of dodging the fact that it was Republicans that got us into the mess in Iraq and screwed up the economy in the first place (okay mainly Bush, but with lots of cheerleaders). If there's any joy to be had in things going sour, it's in the prospect that maybe Obama can fix the shiat instead of McCain making it worse.
