She's wasting the time of the state employees. They have to go to the Robinsons. They've lost 9 today.

I've been to Melbourne, so I'm really getting a kick out of these responses.

Since Dirty Harry used to have some great lines when he pulled out his .44 Magnum, we need to find a good catch phrase for this old lady. How about:

"Thank you for being a friend."

"I know what you're thinking. 'Did she fire six shots or only five?' Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I've kind of lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, whippersnapper?"

Oh, what sad times are these when passing paramedics can say 'ni' at will to old ladies. There is a pestilence upon this land. Nothing is sacred. Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable economic stress at this period in history.

I hope I get this posted before someone else fires off their warning shot.

It's from Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Very funny movie, very defended by its fans. It's a classic, seriously consider seeing, very worth the time.

I did, twas a great game. Felt a bit out of place given the rest of the game, though. It had that light, cartoony feel all the way through and then they suddenly set you up against that eldritch horror as the final boss.

I am not dead yet!
I can dance and I can sing,
I am not dead yet,
I can do the highland fling!
I am not dead yet,
no need to go to bed,
no need to call the doctor,
'cause I'm not yet dead!

He is not yet dead!
That's what the geezer said!
'ell he's not yet dead!
That man is off his head
He is not yet dead,
put him back in bed,
keep him off the cart
because he's not yet dead!"

That is the absolute best thing I've seen this year. Go granny go!

/my grandma is 92, and she'd pull a gun on the medics, if she had a gun. Her specialty is scaring away Scientologists and Jehovah's Witnesses by offering to share the wonders of Presbyterianism with them first. None have ever come back...

I was wondering if this was some sort of case like the paramedics wanted to take her to the hospital when she herself knew she was fine. But they were performing a wellness check and got aimed at. Lock this crazy old bat up. Who the fark cares if she has seven more days to live? She can live them out behind some goddamn bars.

Oh, and one of my all time favorites..... The difference between God and a Paramedic is that God doesn't think he's a Paramedic!
