I think Mick Jagger wanted to make out with Lennon

No matter how many times I see that it never gets old, thanks subby!

/and yeah, Jagger is a bit uncomfortably ...close... to Lennon

Fark you, Mark David Chapman.

Weirdness aside, Lennon was one of the best rock'n'roll voices of those two decades. Really wish he could have been around to do more stuff. Providing some of the weirdness wore off eventually, at least.

I like how the video lists Mitch Mitchell as "Jimi Hendrix Band"
Mitch never gets the respect he deserves, he was perhaps the best rock drummer of his time.

Clapton looks like he's having kind of a bad high. In fact Keef looks the least messed up. As for Mick staring at John's mouth, he's just so high he has to focus all his attention on what John is saying to not just space out completely.

Behind every great guitarist is a great drummer.

Doesn't it seem like Mitch misses the beat at the end of the solo?

How the hell could John not look at Yoko writhing on the stage under that sheet and go "WTF am I thinking?". The man could have any woman he wanted. Again... WTF?

I want whatever drug Mick is on.

The worst part is, they played another song together, but Yoko "sings" on it. Its crap of course! Check out the rest of the Rock'n Roll Circus DVD though, The Who and Taj Mahal give excellent performances.

Jeff Healy does a badass version of this song on his aptly titled CD Cover To Cover.
/Mad Mark gives it two thumbs up
//and a thumbs up to the subby

I always respect Mitch because he taught me how to play (along with John Bonham and Keith Moon). Best teachers I ever had.

"Yer Blues, John... Yer Blues..."

Uh yeah Mick, I heard you the first 3 times. Are you high or something?

Awesome, seen that video many times. For the record, would have been even better with a real lead guitar player.
