Moderately funny, but I think I'm missing the full effect because a) I understand about half of what he's saying, so when I'm listening to a dude yelling in German, I actually hear words and put the sentence fragments I understand together, and b) I saw the movie, so I remember it as a pivotal, emotional scene.

That's one of my favorites too. My all-time favorite has got to be Hitler Plans Burning Man, though.

When people talk about the "Web 2.0 Culture" it just shows how out of touch they are. I swear, it's like a bunch of moms got together and said how can we sound more hip to our kids.

My favorite was the one with Hitler as the head WoW programmer, then one of the other programmers informs him that ret palidens are getting buffed in WotLK, and he goes apeshiat about how palidens are a support class, and its not right that anyone besides rogues and mages should be viable in PVP.

The contrast between one of history's tyrants cracking up before our eyes and talk of football transfers peppered by swear words, makes for extreme comic bathos. The harsh sound of the spoken language, the grave demeanours of the officers and the instant recognisability of Hitler all add to the effect. The more banal the subtitles, the more ridiculously hilarious the result.
