Which one was towering? 2000 McCain, or 2008 McCain?

Those dudes look too much alike. You can only tell them apart when they talk.

GAT_00: Did the person who wrote that even watch a second of the debate?

I'm certain he watched the whole thing. The question that doesn't need answering is, did he write the article before or after doing so?

McCain is simply too old to take the reins of this country. I have absolutely no confidence that he will survive until 2012.

This leaves Sarah Palin at the helm when he dies. And that fact ought to scare the living shiat out every American from Left coast to Right.

The pancake man is seated at the table in the laboratory of the Utility Pancake
Research Kitchen... reaching for an oversized chrome spoon he gathers an
Intimate quantity of dried pancake remnants and brushing his scapular aside
Proceeds to dump these inside of his shirt...
He turns to us and speaks:

Some people like waffles better. I for one care less for them!

Arrogantly twisting the sterile canvas snoot of a fully charged syrup
Anointment utensil he poots forths a quarter-ounce golden puddle (oh ah yuk
Yuk... lets try that again...!) he poots forth a quarter-ounce golden puddle
Near the summit of a dense but radiant pancake of his own design.
Later he says:

Some people... some people like waffles exclusively, while myself, I say
There is naught nor ought there be nothing so exalted on the face of god's grey
Earth as that prince of foods... the pancake!

apologies to Frank Zappa ;)

I heard on CNN that Obama now has women swinging his way, as well as older people (folks over 50, I think). Don't recall the numbers, just heard it from upstairs about a half hour or so ago...

I'm personally afraid, that sample size of polls is not high enough for them to be particularly relevant. I'm seeing it all over the place, when i'm out and about, and working in public, and such. I see lots of young people with pro-Obama shirts, and stickers, and buttons, and things .. but the vast majority of people that i see are making me very afraid.

Obama seemed occasionally awed at the depth of McCain's experience, the strengths of his arguments, and, yes, even the Arizonan's dexterity with nuance.

Hahaha... can I puke now?

I guess Linux is too liberal for the writers of the National Review.

I work as a web developer and I cringe whenever I see anyone attempt any HTML with any Microsoft product.

For kicks and giggles, this page received 143 validation errors from W3C.

One. Hundred. Forty. Three.

McCain from the debate: "As president of the United States, I want to assure you, I've got a pen. This one's kind of old. I've got a pen, and I'm going to veto every single spending bill that comes across my desk. I will make them famous. You will know their names."

Remember this if, heaven forbid, McCain is elected.

Ambiturnal 2008-09-27 04:33:24 AM
I'm watching the debate atm on Youtube, up by someone named Automaticaev

Mccain just said the following: "I want people to have tax cuts I want every family to have a $5000 refundable tax credit so they can go out and purchase their own health care. I want to double the dividend from 3500 to 7k for every dependant child in America . I know that the worst thing we could possibly do is to raise taxes on anybody... and a lot of people might be interested in Senator Obamma's definition of rich."

I'm so confused by how this could be an answer to... anything. Can someone explain?
