As much as I don't really like the Nicholas Fehn Weekend Update appearances, having him be revealed as Sarah Palin's interview coach would be a great sketch. Would be a good one for one of the prime time episodes.

Wow.. she talks around in circles and mentions her main point as evidence that her point is correct. That is awesome, we need to create jobs by creating jobs and we do that by creating more jobs.

But first we need to create jobs.

Well duh...You can't create jobs if don't create them. And HOW do you create jobs? Simple: by creating jobs.

It's not enough to just create jobs. We also need to expand the number of places in America where people can find employment.

..and I think by shoring up the financial markets we can help to create new jobs, which will shore up the financial markets with the money raised from job creation.

Look, if we just...On any given day...There are always going to be those who...Tell me, isn't it funny? Why do we always...The time has FINALLY come to...Let's just step back for a minute. Step back, and re-assess...Finally, we're starting to realize that...Hey, what have we gained? No! No! You can't just...How much will it take?

Fred Armisen is great.

Stop saying she looks like Tina Fey just because they both wear glasses. Tina Fey's cute and smart. Palin's an airheaded hag.

Palin is better looking than Tina Fey. For one thing, she doesn't have that disfiguring chin scar.

Nothing else in this thread matters right now, because I have a video of Sarah (Heath) Palin in all of her pageant swimsuit glory.

I couldn't deal with Palin's voice though. They are both MILFtastic.

This is an easy question to get right.
I could answer this a lot better than her and I am not running for VP.

I would say:

Well Katie first off, we are not "spending 700 billion". We are using up to 700 billion to buy debt that we then will sell later. The final cost to tax payers will be a lot less or could even be a profit for the federal government.

Second, this is not to "Protect corporations" this plan is to to protect all American citizens. If capital locks up many companies that had nothing to do with this crisis will not be able to borrow money and will go bankrupt putting maybe millions of workers out of their jobs.

We can't stand by and let the biggest economic disaster to this nation occur since the great depression.

This was an easy one and she was probably even helped about this question because they knew it would of been asked and she can't field it?

She has less knowledge about these matter than someone who watches/reads the news a couple of hours each day.

Now That's What I Call a Taco!: Capitol Hill sources are telling me that senior McCain people are more than concerned about Palin. The campaign has held a mock debate and a mock press conference; both are being described as "disastrous." One senior McCain aide was quoted as saying, "What are we going to do?" The McCain people want to move this first debate to some later, undetermined date, possibly never. People on the inside are saying the Alaska Governor is "clueless." (new window)

I had a feeling this was the case. This is why McCain wanted to cancel the first debate, because he wanted to move it to the VP debate and get that moved or canceled.

When I heard about that I was wondering if that was the plan because they were nervous about Palin.

Also, some voting starts as early as October 4th (I believe that's true for Ohio - a biggy, obviously). The longer you delay the debates and the longer you delay the negative fallout, the less votes are influenced by it.

Palin will resign the race Monday because of concerns about the health of her youngest child. (This is what the Dallas News recommended today. That's Dallas Tex-Ass!!!)

I love halfway through she goes ".... Oh! its gotta be about job creation too.." That marks the spot where she quickly remembers her talking point, and drops the retarded meme about health care.. wtf is she talking about? She can't remember a single talking point that the bailout must create jobs... not help health care reform? WTF is this woman's problem?

Foaming [TotalFark] 2008-09-26 04:46:33 PM
I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, um, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as, uh, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq and everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, should help South Africa and should help Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future.

There's a huge difference between Nicholas Fehn and Sarah Palin. The Fehn bit was funny the first time I saw it, but it got old fast. The Palin interviews just keep getting better and better.

No, it's oddly hot. And Tina Fey is way hotter. As was said, personality and brains goes a long way.

The scar only makes Tina Fey sexier. Plus she's not a vapid gun nut eager to speed Armageddon to fruition.

Yes. It is. I've lurked on this board for about 2 years now and this video has made me post. This woman is a flipping idiot. If she and McCain manages to win, I will give up the little hope that I have regarding the intelligence of the American people.
