Yep, Neon Park. Right after "Feats Don't Fail Me Now" came out I got inspired and ordered personalized license plates for my car that say "Hoy Hoy"

Still have 'em, still on the same '72 Triumph.

Sadly, Park died of MS a few years ago.

Their main property was their ubiquity - you could always find a gatefold album cover pretty much wherever you were.
