If you want a weirdo take on the Gorillaz, Hewlett and Albarn just released Monkey: Journey to the West. It's like Gorillaz, but freaky and in Chinese.

I always though that the Gorillaz had a lot more talent in themselves than their music represented. I bet that they'll grow into more likable musicians so long as they maintain their unique sound. I just think they need to get better at it.

easily my favorite album of last year. i hope to god they have new material out soon. i'll take anything by albarn, but the good, the bad and the queen is what i'm really looking forward to.

Actually, I've been reading the latest Tank Girl comics that have been coming out for the last year "Visions of Booga".

1. He can do the same characters when he wants to.
