For a "fair fight" (both parties simultaneously engage, no preliminaries, i.e, would be a form of dueling = homicide), I tend to agree.

For the consequences (families left bereft / sans support), I tend not.

Watched Caddyshack on an Air Canada flight from Toronto to Vancouver last week. When that scene played, I couldn't believe they found it necessary to change that line.

The reader comment to that article ("ems" especially) are sad and sympathetic. The article might have got the story very wrong, which means this poor guy is in trouble for the wrong reasons. What a horrible accident!
