Flanagan has repeatedly argued that the singer is being treated more harshly than other people who have been caught driving without a valid California license. He said under normal circumstances, Spears should be allowed to pay a $10 fine and not face criminal prosecution.

Had she had the common decency to stop and leave a note on the car she hit I might have agreed with him. But the selfish biatch didn't even look at the other car when she checked out the damage to her precious car and then drove off.

Does California still have the electric chair?

Man, I watched the South Park episode where she blows her head off yesterday...made it about half way through. It was just really dark and disturbing and not really funny at all. I have no idea what they were going for there.
