Not to sound like a dick, but it's not the first time that people have said this. There was a particularly contentious case over manuscript pages in his Quintet for Piano and Winds (which I am currently working on), and scholars said that some pages were virtually indistinguishable from Mozart's own hand, and they had to do all kinds of crazy tests to get to the truth.

I'm not saying that this isn't Mozart--but it's gotta take more than someone saying "Yep, it's his all right ... the handwriting is a dead giveaway" to convince the academic world that it is his.
