Goodnight soulman.

Marvin Gaye -- (Acapella)
'I Heard It Through the Grapevine'

Wow. Can you imagine any of today's pop-shiats doing an acapella anything? Much less as challenging and successful as that?

"Ain't too Proud to Beg" still takes my breath away every time I hear it. And "Papa Was a Rolling Stone" is so farking awesome it defies description. "Just My Imagination", "Ball of Confusion", "Beauty Is Only Skin Deep", "I Can't Get Next To You", "Too Busy Thinking About My Baby" and "I Heard It Through The Grapevine"? Wow. Motown is truly one of America's greatest artistic achievements.

Thanks for the great songs. What an awesome career...
