What is "grossly intoxicated"? I'm curious, because then what is "even more grossly intoxicated"? And how does that then make swimming naked more of a crime?

If they'd been "slightly intoxicated" but still farking like a pair of seals at SeaWorld, would that have been okay? Because apparently it was the intoxicated part that got everyone all hot and bothered, not the yelps and honks of excitement as Branham and Fuller leaped through hoops and on and off the diving board in watery bliss.

I'm guessing, because otherwise, why would they not mention what we all know, which was that these two were getting busy in the water that night?

I used to see people farking the apartment pool quite often when I lived in Phoenix. BFD.

Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe life could be made better by making LESS things illegal instead of MORE?

this happened to me a few months ago- the cops were called but we were not arrested. they gave us a warning for 1) swimming in the pool after 10pm (which they said was oregon law, i highly doubt it) 2) swimming nude and 3) having one more guest than we were allowed to have in the pool. and yes, i was hammered as hell.
