And this is exactly what Obama is doing, and has done. The "lipstick on a pig" was classic rope-a-dope, with the McCain campaign and conservatives being the dopes.

McCain criticizing Obama for saying that McCain's campaign was putting lipstick on the pig of Bush's failed policies, when McCain himself had used that very phrase to describe Hillary Clinton, shows McCain's own lack of integrity.
