I've had pits. Once i had a boxer/pit mix: greatest dog i ever had, great with the kids but would pretty much attack anyone she did not know, she was very aggressive. At 3 months old she ran off and bit a kid who was trying to steal my kid's skateboard from the front yard. I miss my dog.
