poorjon, with just a little tinkering in ImageReady, I got your entry down to 181k or so with 58 colors. You might want to use this optimized version as your entry instead. Just a tip, you can use the auto-optimize to file size to get your animations down under the 200k Fark limit and then tinker with the degree of web-snap and diffusion of colors and transparency to bring it closer to the full color version you started with.

BTW, if you want to use that optimization as your entry since it is your entry after all, refer the Mod to here when you repost and Mod you can delete my posting with it.
