Fark you FAIL tag. DUMBASS would suffice here. FAIL tag should only be used in instances of clear and decisive failure, and only if the story is accompanied by an appropriate fail-worthy pic. Otherwise, keep the FAIL tag locked up like the gimp.

The robber ran toward a Dodge Dynasty parked nearby. Oops. He had left his keys in the bank.

Poor man. He should be given a pass on this one, anybody stuck driving a Dodge Dynasty deserves a break.

But in general, aren't those two above factors the perfect way to misguide cops? They're so cliche that any investigator would be thrilled to be able to say "I've seen that in real life". I mean, it's a simple frame up.

Especially fun if the person framed will be deeply embarrassed when the cops show up at his home. Like after a date, or while in-laws are visiting. I know committing a felony to cock-block is a bit extreme but it's gonna be a gut buster.
