You almost have a point, in that "just being that way" is no excuse for anything. And you could argue that it's an orientation, just like being gay. However, the difference is that gays are consenting adults, while children tend not to consent to sexual abuse.

And, he was now refused entry by Hong Kong. I think it would be hilarious if it turns out that he keeps having to float from airport to airport around the world.
