Okay kids tonight's the night! Last thread before the Big Chicago Fark Party Blow-out! Read below for all the details and make sure to check out the bar special lined up as well, it's awesome!

Tonight's the night, Saturday, August 16th, at THE LINCOLN TAP ROOM. We've had parties here before and it's always been a hit, and we have lined up a ridiculous party package again, all the details follow below.

Saturday, August 16th
8pm-12am, or whenever you feel like showing up and leaving

Lincoln Tap Room
3010 N. Lincoln Ave.
Chicago, IL 60657

DETAILS:

Lincoln Tap is a laid back bar with a nice beer selection and full liquor bar. We will have the entire back room reserved for us as well. So after you arrive, head all the way to the back, that's where we will be. Lincoln Tap Room is located on the triple intersection of Lincoln, Wellington, and Southport Aves.

PARTY PACKAGE DETAILS:

We've done this before, so it's being lined up again, we've secured a party package for the date of the party. $40 will get you a complete open bar for 4 hours from 8pm to Midnight. That's right, for only $10 an hour, you can choose from any beer bottled or on draft, any mixed drink, any wine on the menu and it is all included! Shots will be extra, however. This deal is spectacular and I highly recommend you take advantage of it, but IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY, the special is just there if you wish to partake of it.

So come on out and celebrate summer in Chicago, good times guaranteed! I just looked outside and the weather will be gorgeous for a night out as well!

In suburb and travel to city every day... Still going to try to make it. Is there any parking near the bar?

Take the red line / brown line to Fullerton, walk 2 blocks east to Lincoln, and then a block north... booya. Dont risk parking in strip malls if you like your car and hate $150 towing fees. *Directions not to scale.

Never park in a grocery store or any other store lot, unless they allow public parking. Your car will be towed.

Brown line to diversey is the closest. rippinthegears is confused and a half mile southeast.

Parking rules are strictly enforced here, out of towners. Heads up. Particularly this weekend, due the the air show.

There is plenty of street parking.

Closest train stop is Belmont on the Red/Brown Line.

One could just take the Lincoln bus, Belmont bus, or Diversey bus if they didnt want to walk.

This is true you just gotta now where to look, plus all the meters turn off at 9pm and meters are free on Sunday, so if you get a metered spot at 7pm, put in two quarters and you are good for the rest of the night.
