My guess is that everything else was wet, so he thought (for some unknown reason) that being almost naked would make it better. Either that or he decided to flee in his "nice" clothes and didn't want to get them wet while he tried to free his car.

Of course - dark brown skin, on a black road surface, during a rainstorm. That's not a way to make yourself easily visible to other motorists, now is it? He's a "Dumbass" tag waiting to happen.

Ok, let me get this straight. According to the picture's caption, that man is seeking help after a tree wrecked his vehicle. So did the photographer stop to help him and said, "Fark it, I rather take a picture of him trying to get help"?

If I had been standing outside in my underwear trying to get help and saw someone just taking photos instead of helping, I would have gone ape-shiat on the photographer.

Or maybe the dude just didn't know the photographer was back there.
