He should be more worried that his old, dragging ones might get stuck in the escalator

Best headline I've seen in a while, thanks subby.

His constituents that voted for him are gonna be pissed!!

Oh, wait....

He's never held elective office.

Why the FARK has he ever been given a platform at a political convention?

Oh, that's right...he's a race baiting moron and Democrats agree with him. That's good enough for us!!1!

Personally, won't be missed. He took away a lot of credibility from the Dems.

Heheh, I can imagine his face, "Sorry Jesse, we all ready filled our 'inspirational black speaker,' quota."

An tSaoi 2008-08-14 07:25:56 PM
Now there's an image I needed. Also, Jesse Jackson types are counterproductive. At best they're annoying, at worst they give racists a justification for having negative stereotypes.

In other news, "in doubt" is now a synonym for "it'll be a cold day in hell."

Emotions might get the better of Jesse. I could see him slip and use the N word again while on staged.

Ummm...he was a major candidate in 1984. Ran again in '88.

United States congressional delegations from the District of Columbia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

United States Senate

The District of Columbia has no representation in the Senate (see D.C. voting rights).

Shadow senator

The voters of the District of Columbia elect two shadow senators who are recognized as equivalent to U.S. senators by the District of Columbia, but who are not actually recognized by the U.S. government as senators. Shadow senators were first elected in 1990.

The current shadow senators (for the 110th United States Congress, 2007-2009) are Paul Strauss and Michael D. Brown.[1]

List of Senators (Seat 1)

* Florence Pendleton (D), 1991-2007[2]
* Michael D. Brown (D), 2007-present

List of Senators (Seat 2)

* Jesse Jackson (D), 1991-1997[3]
* Paul Strauss (D), 1997-present

It wasn't a *real* elected office, but he was elected...

Good old Republican brain damage.

/Basic grammar and language abilities, like turning a noun into an adjective, are part of the brains structure and can be harmed if the brain is physically damage.
//So, was it a car wreck, construction accident, or did you bang your head on the desk because you got too frisky sucking Rush's cock?
