She's not the charity. She's making taxable income that she then donates in its entirety to a real charity. Thus, $0, as long as she gets a tax receipt from the charity.

Same thing happens if you donate to the Salvation Army or something.

Cancer doesn't need any more money - it's just a lump of poorly differentiated cells. It wouldn't know what to do with cash.
