Cause generally the kids the pick to fondle and touch are already being abused, neglected or otherwise forgotten.

So in a way they are giving love to those who don't have it. The priests need to comendated and praised for this.

This is what happens when you enforce Celibacy on the clergy. They're humans, and they have sexual needs. If you don't allow them to have sex with people their own age, they're going to attack the younger, more gullible, naive people (AKA children). The ones who don't reach for a phone to call their lawyer the minute after the sex happens. The ones who trust the clergy fully and accept their judgment and actions, no matter what they may be.
