These are what first attracted me to fark several years ago. But now it seems that after the usual truly talented folks get their contributions in (you know who you are, I hope), they've become, well, as you put it, dull. For what I thought would be run of the mill here came out very nicely. No one just threw in domo-kun or whatever that creature is called, etc. Bonus is seeing more than the usual amount of very impressive techniques on this one too!

Photoshop is the main reason I Fark everyday (no not THAT).

These people are SO talented. I have never done any photoshop work because, frankly, I have no clue how it is done, but I am very impressed by the work of the regulars and the newbies too.

Yes it is. The facade, the prespective, and the smog reminded me of the film's opening shot where Lord Marshall is overseeing an invasion. Pulling up the DVD, not quite the same, but that's what artistic license is for. Fun with layers and photographic filters.
