It would be funny to throw that in a movie. Have a bad guy that carries a neon orange revolver that looks like a kids toy. He'd get the drop on everyone.

Every time I see a story like this it reminds me of Woody Allen's "Take the Money and Run" scence where he mis-spells gun in his holdup note.
