It's probably a reference to their tendency to stuff the online ballot box, especially given that the vast majority would have to cough up the cost of a plane ticket.

I can't say off-hand. It wasn't that impressive. Part of the problem was that the people organizing it (Paul just showed up) made clear it was more or less only for that far-right/conspiracy crowd that gave the libertarian and libertarian-leaning majority of Paul's supporters a bad name. That's why Chuck Baldwin was there but Bob Barr chose to go to FreeedomFest, a libertarian convention in Las Vegas, instead.
