It's the Republicrats vs. the American people.

submitter: Obama vs. Obama

And one of them is going to win.

That was a pretty stupid way to write an article. It reminds me of that annoying item guy on The Onion.

It does give one pause to consider why anyone would want to take the wheel of a car that's already been driven over the cliff.

What a waste of electrons that article was.

No way I'd vote for any version of Obama.

1. The turd sniffers who are using the whole concept of hope as a negative deserve 4-8 more years of Bush.

2. The neocons deserve to have to spend another 2 terms on defense rather than getting a scapegoat for their Messiah's deeds.

3. The "independents" deserve McCain more than ANY other group in America does. They need to get more Bush shoved up their asses until they decide to STFU.

Because we need someone who can aim for that lake instead of the jagged rocks.

Upscale, white "Sex and the City" women are still livid over how they perceive the Obama people treated Hillary Rodham Clinton during the Democratic primaries.

Wow, is he out of touch. The cheesecake brigade was a very, very small part of Hillary's base. A lot of her voters are rural lower-class Democrats who see Obama as someone who doesn't understand them - and statements like that are why.

ps this kind of stream of consciousness nonsense is fine in conversation but I generally like to read articles that are about something, not Peggy's Musings

The Clintonistas (at least the ones I know) are determined to do whatever it takes to derail the Obama train.

Why?

Not because of the issues. Not because he's black. Not because they have shifted parties.

They always bring up how the media kisses his ass and how the same media buried Hillary on purpose. They are actually willing to vote for McCain or Barr just to "prove a point" to the MSM.

I've also never understood how the MSM was kissing Obama's ass. Was more asked of Hillary? Certainly. But at that point she was almost universally, if much to the chagrin of others, as the likely nominee. It also didn't help that she showed how much of a completely unlikeable personality she had to boot. Hell, it wasn't the MSM that made her lie about sniper fire, lying about the pregnant woman being turned away from the ER, etc. At worst, they confirmed what most people suspected about her.

either way, I call bullshiat that "The Clintonistas" will vote McCain or Barr. Some will, and they were probably inclined to do so anyway, but most won't.

Saw a poll the other day (wish I could find it now) that said that 80% of Clinton supporters had fully jumped onto the Obama train. And that's barely six weeks after she stepped down. I honestly don't think the PUMA voters will be a problem.

Maybe not, but we could change the trajectory if we all leaned far enough to the left.

Just sticking with the convulted metaphore.

Yep, and Democrats have plenty of experience with that.

How has he changed on Iraq? And on gun control he changed from his Chicago positions, but IIRC he has never come out in favor of nation wide gun control in his presidential camapign.

Obama is blessed with such personal greatness that all of history has anointed him to save his country in it's hour of need.

To know him is to love him. To not love him is only possible due to ignorance and bigotry.

His patriotism is beyond questioning. To question his patriotism is to admit ignorance and bigotry.

One must only compliment him in the manner he wishes. To criticize his enemies in a cartoon is an insult to him. Don't even think about calling him "Clean".

Babaloo 2008-07-21 04:50:05 AM
I hate pieces like this, the psychic network type BS about "what angry female Hillary supporters think". Whatta load.

How 'bout this, if these alleged angry women do sit at home Nov2 or vote for Mcaint I wager they were not real feminists to begin with and are really cannibals, because mccaint doesn't give a shiat about what they want, or what choices he takes away from their daughters, sisters or neices.

IIRC Obama got Naral's endorsement, it doesn't get any higher than that.
