The U.N. eh?, Well, this shakes my faith in safe driving to the core.

I predict that we will see cash-for-seatbelt scandals, underage crossing guard rapes, speed limit cronyism, yield sign kickbacks, constant demands for more money and less oversight...and somehow, it will all be America's fault.

I, like, your use, of commas.

Actually I submitted this.

They might as well yell at us on live TV to "Stop crashing!" in hopes to prevent anymore accidents.

Silly UN.

Your tax dollars are saving lives all over the world, and helping UN delegates send their kids to private schools, too!

9. Encourages organizations in both the private and the public sector, including agencies of the United Nations system, and especially political figures to consider alternate methods of dissing people that does not include throwing one under the bus.

everyone who uses the streets eh... beggars... HA HA.. well... I have to buy my cigerettes from someone I guess.

Also, has anyone ever realize that filipino aunties always call cough drop "candy".

How much exactly, do the members of the U.N. and their people owe the city of New York for traffic and parking violations?

I'm betting that any advice for driving will seem insulting

Imagine if the terrorists flew into the United Nations instead of the twin towers. We would actually be celebrating 9/11.

I'm glad to see the U.N. has finally taken a stance on the debate between U-turn median breaks and ordinary intersections.

I love it when the Un (said like done) gets involved with worldy affairs. What next, send a telegraph to bike safely, or a call to the world to wipe the toilet seat after use?

Dear U.N.

We regret to inform you that humanity has lost all faith in you. From your meaningless mandates to your empty threats, we believe there is nothing that you can do that is useful to anyone. So please knock it off. All of you.

Signed,
The rest of us

What really boggles my mind is that The Manila Times had this as a "Special Report" in their Sunday paper. Then the author goes on about how this impacts the Philippines. For f's sake, aren't there Muslim terrorists bombing your country, while this is a "Special Report?"

Because people are a thousand times more likely to die in a road accident than through terrorist action?

Driving has turned more ordinary people into first-class assholes than alcohol and cocaine combined.

When they let their diplomats be eligible for tickets, then we will listen.

But Naples, Italy shoul listen to this. Outside the train station, there is this huge traffic circle. How it isn't a Demolition Derby, I don't know.
