Well, here's the thing. A few of them might try to actually look like they are playing some sort of invisible guitar-like instrument. However, most of them just hop around making stupid faces, pouring beer on expensive, real instruments, lighting fireworks indoors, and generally putting themselves in situations that might possibly compromise the venue.

Seriously, these people need to be put down.

Logically, the big toe is the foot-thumb (see prehensile feet on apes), so then it goes foot-pointer , middle toe (or the foot-bird), Ringfinger* toe, and pinky toe.

This show so totally farking rocked. Despite Bettie B. Good breaking her toe, Shreddy Mercury was robbed of his rightful air guitar win. Yes, having your bone pop out of your skin shows great use of the stage and airness, but her fret-work was terrible.

Meh, women in the 50s and early 60s had the pinky and next toe on both feet routinely amputated to fit the pointy stilettos of the day. This was just the 4th toe from what the radiograph shows.
