That's because McCain's campaign doesn't want it as much as Obama's.

A Campaign Manager like James Carville would eat McCain alive these days if he were to work for their camp. I think even Maggie Williams would completely take control of his campaign.

Democratic campaigns always seem to want it more. Finally they can get it.
