Really? Ninety-nine percent? No. Not even close. I agree that autism is turning into ADD/ADHD in that it is now becoming the popular disorder with which to misdiagnose kids, but that is the medical community's fault, not the kids' or parents' fault.

ADD and Autism are both very real, but seriously its overblown by parents who want a quick fix to hyperactive kids. Proper discipline would really prevent/solve a lot of problems kids have.

And I do appreciate Michael Savage's ability to rile people up. In the rare moment he says something actually true, he still spins it in a way that pisses everyone off. Wonderful.

If you've ever known a child with autism, it's VERY clear that it is VERY real.

Asperger's sydrome (which is a FORM of autism) is being ridiculously over diagnosed, and self diagnosed in anyone who is just kind of socially inept or akward.
