At least Playboy is making an attempt to broaden their reach. A dark redhead with hazel eyes and natural boobs is a refreshing change from the bleached blondes with blue contacts and bolt-ons they usually offer. Still, a shame about the excessive retouching where they erase all texture from her skin, and Playboy's return to photographing their models with their legs slammed shut. It's 2008, Hef-- Models are going to wax down there.

Playboy proved that point ages and ages ago when they shot Elle MacPherson. They did this thing where they covered her in gold paint and shot her against a bright yellow and gold background.

Tragic as these pics are, at least we have plenty of other photoshoots of Iga to enjoy.

I do believe his daughter took over at some point..? Anyway, the people in charge of day-to-day operations apparently have no idea what a woman is supposed to look like, or are slaves to the fashion industry and try to perpetuate their negative ideas of femininity.

Yes, Playboy was at its best in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, with a slow decline in the 80s (hit or miss) until it became utter crap in the 90s. Now, it's like watching anime; Every girl looks identical, and they look like they've been drawn on the page. Their idea of "sexy" is condescending and lame.

I blame the photographers, graphic artists, and people behind the publication-- I do not blame the models. They're still under the impression that being asked to pose for Playboy is prestigious, when I think most fans of naked women decided over a decade ago that Playboy was sort of pathetic.
