Iran needs to watch it, right now they're trying to play a game of chicken with the Bush administration to try to get the US to back down, but they're underestimating the possibility that Bush might actually attack. Saddam didn't think Bush really would follow through, and look where that got him.

The worst part of this whole fiasco is that the average Iranian doesn't particularly dislike the US, and in fact a lot of the younger generation kind of likes us, but we're doing our best to make them all hate us. That's incredibly counterproductive to long term national security (not to mention just keeping good relationships with the rest of the world)
