One of the Devo kids is clearly a robot, the other is just OCD.

Also, no one picks up a guitar without a strap and plays a bunch of notes in a row like that. I would have figured of all people Jermaine would have asked to have a strap on.

The whole thing is a lipsync to a prerecorded track. The instrument Mark is using, a Suzuki Omnichord, can't be played like that.
