Put him in a broom closet. Cut in half. With a drop ceiling.

Oh the sweet revenge.

Boritom [TotalFark] 2008-07-10 04:06:41 PM
I say, let the other inmates at him. I'd like to see this shiatheel castrated with a broken wooden broom handle.

Szech 2008-07-10 04:07:50 PM
I say they let him out of his cell as much as he wants.

Yep, that's right. He should be free to spend all his time in gen pop. Preferably with rapists. He'll probably be able to make a connection with them. Or rather, they'll make a connection with him.

Walker [TotalFark] 2008-07-10 04:19:10 PM
Ironic?

Diogenes [TotalFark] 2008-07-10 04:30:45 PM
Prosecutors are about to interview Elisabeth, 42, and expect to put her father on trial in September.

Fritzl has been making copious notes ready for the interview, as he will be present when Elisabeth speaks via a video link up and will be allowed to ask questions via his lawyer.

That must be an interesting read.

"Yep. I did that. That, too. Oh, yes, and all those other things."

If only someone were there to let themselves into his cell & rape his sorry ass for the rest of his sentence.

You know, it's guys like this that keep me a firm supported of the death penalty.

He committed a crime every single day, over and over and over, for 27 years. And then he committed another crime everytime he raped his daughter. He's just about the definition of someone who deserves to die.

MrKraclenutz 2008-07-10 04:52:09 PM
isaaczeke:He's just about the definition of someone who deserves to die.

That's the easy way out for him.

ZeroCorpse [recently expired TotalFark] 2008-07-10 04:54:01 PM
For it to be even? Even-Steven? He'd have to be permanently locked in a small cell, and an older relative would have to come in and fark him every couple of days. That would about make things even.

I have supported the death penalty in the past but i may have come up with a better idea. Sentence them to a status of "Not human" then auction them off to the highest bidder such as a drug company for testing new drugs. The owner would be responsible for containing and disposing of the nonhuman. society gets rid of dangerous criminals and may even turn a profit over the cost of trial and some crucial pharmaceuticals may be produced.

No, because this isn't about revenge. No amount of suffering on this guy's part is going to give those girls their lives back. But if he's kill/executed, then at least the daughters have the definitive knowledge that the monster that raised them in a basement will never... Ever... hurt them again.

The sooner the better.

Thats not true, the headline has man and stand.
And the article has:
{will, kill, Fritzl}
The list goes on.

Death by ham slicer.
Feet first.

Chaosgrrl 2008-07-10 07:27:52 PM
From one of the older articles linked along the side:

Fritzl, an electrical engineer and businessman, faces charges of incest, abduction and imprisonment and could serve 15 years in jail if convicted.

Is he seriously only up for 15 years?! That is insane.

Until the majority of them learn the differences between grammatical irony, dramatic irony, and comedic irony, they can be safely ignored.

They are, however, quite correct in pointing out that that Alanis Morrissette song contains none of them.

This case, however, is one in which the irony tag is quite appropriate.

I avoided the shiat out of this media hype. I still learned way too much about this farking fool.

What you did takes the skills of a farking chimpanzee. I hope that your eventual rapists/murderers take the same skill level with you.

I don't understand vengeance. Just kill him and be done with it. In fact, 10 years maximium prison time for anything, then if you don't have the money to pay for the rest of your stay, you die.

/That's a deterrent.

I disagree. It should be about revenge. His sadistic behavior and nonchalant attitude about everything shows that he has no remorse and no way of "feeling bad" emotionally.

I would like to see him punished in the only way he knows to be punishment: Deprived of all luxuries, treated as a second-class citizen, and lacking any sense of security or protection. Just like he treated his captors.

This nonsense about giving him guards to take a walk is silly. Throw him in with everyone else. Maybe they won't kill him right away.

That's not the point, and not at all what the death penalty should be about. It's something that should be beyond the scope of the word "punishment", because it shouldn't be about teaching you a lesson or making you suffer, it should be about simply rendering a malignant being inert.

There are no dead recidivists.
