The singer of my bar band was in the car with him when he had the attack, and had only met him that day. It was kind of funny, because when the ambulance took him away, they left my singer at the car... he really didn't know what to do with himself.

Just one problem - it wasn't Roth. It was Ozzy Osbourne's son-in-law (married to the daughter that didn't appear on the reality show).

Wasn't he an EMT? Wouldn't anyone with ANY KIND of remote medical training know what they are and are not allergic too? Thats one of the first things I made sure to learn.

I forget what the food was, but it was something where no one anticipated it to have nuts in it. Chicken wings or something (from the Liquid Lounge).

So, David Lee Roth eats nuts. Why am I not surprised?

Not necessarily. Some people are allergic to other nuts, but can eat peanuts just fine.

Everyone *thinks* it's DLR, but it was actually Ozzy's son-in-law that was helped by the officers (who apparently happens to look at lot like Roth). Roth was nowhere near that area at the time. Although Roth's publicist wasn't available to set the record straight yesterday, a few people have got a hold of VH's management and have begun to issue retractions for this story.
