I would have gone with "You're Beautiful". Pretty sure I would have cracked after about fifteen minutes.

"My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion. I'd admit that I'm a surgically altered Osama Bin Laden.

I think the Plain White Tees' "Hey there, Delilah," could have taken down the Jihad.

Bette Midler, "Wind Beneath My Wings". I'd tell them I'm a Thai ladyboy with a snuke in my snizz within an hour.

Look up a little Mrs. Miller and her rendition of Yellow Submarine if you're in a really masochists mood.

I'd supply a link, but just mentioning her name was about all I could bear.

The RIAA's Guantanamo Bay branch should get on this right away...

That song is too gentle. I would have gone with "The Lord's Prayer" by Siouxsie & The Banshees. Nothing clears out a "redneck" bar faster.

I see your Mrs. Miller "Yellow Submarine" cover and raise you one Mrs. Miller cover of "There Goes My Everything". An extra track was added so she could farkin' harmonize with herself on the chorus. Simultaneously horrifying and hysterical. When I worked retail, we'd put that on to scare the customers out of the store at closing time.

/the Michael Bolton opera cd also worked well.

FTFA: not that the song itself constitutes torture, of course.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, Mr Preppy von Douchebag.

David Gray - this generation's Elton John, except much less gay.

/White Ladder is one of the best albums of the 00's thus far
