If these fans were searching for an entertaining, quality, ultra-talented live show, I think a hair metal reunion show might not be the right venue...

I think he was just auditioning for the next season of "Celebrity Rehab." Dont worry Jani, you got the part.

I'd be disappointed if I went to a has-been concert and at least one member of the band wasn't in such a condition.

It's extra sad because he knows what a farkup he is and had so publically tried to clean up his act. Rehab, celebrity fitness, etc. The band had been touring with a different singer but they reunited with Jani and gave him one more shot.

I would be pissed if I went through all the effort to go to Vegas to see them reunited after all these years and all of Jani's attempts to clean up and then witness this.

The band is solid. Jani is the weak link. It sucks because I was really rooting for him to succeed this time.

I know a guy who claims to have been in the Warrant's rival hair metal band. He and Jari Lane hated each other (according to his story), and eventually he had intimate relations with that girl from the Cherry Pie video. He is now in a Guns 'n Roses cover band in Virginia.

I met him once in 1991, and he was a real nice guy, a gentleman to everyone around him, made sure everyone got an autograph and a photo before he hopped into his limo. This is way sad.

Sounds spot on. It's a shame really. You don't get too many 2nd chances in that business. I imagine it's hard to clear up those demons when it's so easy to jump right back into that rock and roll party lifestyle.

first of all, my user name has nothing to do with Stryper and everything to do with the legendary old school farker, SLAYERSWINE

secondly, the band IS solid. Jani is the weak link. The rest of the band is professional, talented (regardless of the subject matter of the songs, the musicicianship is decent), and road tested.

They deserve better than to be saddled with this self-destructive loser for their entire careers. They toured with the singer from Black N Blue and they were happy but less successful.

Warrant sang at halftime of the Lingerie Bowl a few years ago, and Lane looked like he had been utterly destroyed by the drugs.
