I don't hate the guy, I just feel kinda sorry for him. He's the second tier candidate that the Republicans put up against Obama 'cause they had to pick SOMEONE to take the fall, and McCain is too trusting/clueless to realize he's a sacrifical lamb.

Now, i'm sure he'll try his best....but Obama has a lot going for him and he's a damn sight better public speaker. I think that unless McCain pulls off a miracle, Obama is going to win.

Not that I like the platforms of either candidate. No matter who wins, my taxes are going to go up and government regulation will only increase. And we're going to be stuck with that farking patriot act forever. So there's that.

The Republicans are gonna get their asses kicked this year and it is entirely their fault. If it was only going to affect them, I wouldn't care....but I don't know what it'll do to this country if we don't have a viable fiscal conservative voice in D.C. Nothing good, that's for sure.

I'm sure McCain has a fear and distrust of the new technology. He can't ignore the bloggers, he can't outright lie to them, he can't control them, or shape their message and he can't intimidate them. He can't even bribe them. Well....not all of them anyways.

This is going to be a tight race, and McCain cannot ignore the blog chatter because it could cause him troubles. He can't ignore ANYTHING this election, 'cause he's that close to the line on this race.
