That's funny -- I've tried, but I can't do it. It just doesn't work for me. Beyond that, I play guitar right-handed, but that's about it for me. If I pick up a violin, for instance (I know just enough to be very dangerous), it's much more comfortable for me with the bow in my left hand, and when I play the piano (to the extent that I can play that at all) I tend to keep time with my right hand and noodle around in the bass clef with my left.

Prefer left, my computer has my mouse to the left of the keyboard, but can use it either way.
