I heard Karl Rove on faux news spouting this bullshiat. Complete and utter lie designed to cause panic. We would never let them come onto American soil. The ruling didn't give them access to court ROOMS, it gave them access to legal court systems including representation and evidence review.

I was station-surfing on the AM dial this afternoon and heard a gem from Michael Medved. His rationale for keeping these "secret" tribunals was "classified evidence." Which, a caller pointed out, could be used in special "classified courts" but Medved, of course, said that then the suspect could then know the evidence against him, which would lead to another terrorist attack. Because if the terrorist knows what he's being accused of being a part of, he might use that information against us.
