Lotus has a timer for the revealing of what appears to be a new car on their website the timer on the website http://www.facelesspeople.com/ matches up to about 8 hours apart but since they are currently at 460 some odd hours I figure they are probably supposed to be the same.

Actually, despite this viral campaign, Lotus cars are fantastic to drive. I've driven the Elise a couple of times. For the money, it's a great sports car, although the Elise lacks things like a carpet, electric windows etc.

Just make sure they don't try to get you to start moving around their giant piles of sand with a set of tweezers.

I'm sure it was all explained in the press release the Daily Mail got that prompted them to go looking for the photos.
