Ya know, if Henry Earl started a blog it would have the greatest excuse for being sparse to update.

The odd thing is that I was browsing the Farkives just the other day on Mr. Earl. The greatest part: one headline declaring his arrest, followed by another the very next day.

Black Earl will still defend him.

What will it take to send this guy to jail? You would think this arrest alone would have given him at least a year in jail:

In June 2004, he was arrested at JFK Airport on charges of cocaine possession, criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, menacing, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol while claiming to be a federal agent and attempting to carjack a vehicle

But he seems to have gotten zero jail time for any of those charges. Carjacking - for most people a serious crime. For DMX: meh. Slap his wrist.

As a university student in Lexington in the 90s, I used to sell him alcohol when he wasn't already drunk.

In case you encounter him, he 1) calms down when you address him by the name "Henry Earl" and 2) ironically flees when you threaten to call the cops.

This thread is probably dead, but it amuses me: according to Pezjohnson's link, Mr. Earl was in fact arrested on July 3. A few hours after that post, I imagine.
