Congratulations, subby's daughter. My son got his permit last month and is doing driver's ed now. I got home from work after the second day of behind-the-wheel and asked him how it went; "Great! I drove all the way from Yamhill County to PDX on the freeway!"

God help us.

Next year's headline:

In honor of subby's oldest daughter getting her license today, here's a teenager performing "Drive" on her body.

I got pulled over today for driving 65 in a 35.

The Sheriff was nice.

He let me go with a warning.

Congrats to Subby's daughter. Get her a big enough car to wreck without getting hurt.

I used to live in the same neighborhood as Bobby McFerrin, Uptown, Minneapolis, and I'd run into him once in a while. He was always walking around making the most strange and beautiful sounds, much like the ones he makes in this video. We had a conversation once about the Museum of Bad Art in Dedham, Mass, which was on the shirt I was wearing. Nice guy.
