I didn't expect the story to be exactly what the headline said it would be.. and i was wrong.

The bear was tranquilized, otherwise, no way. My 90lb dog will absolutely shred you with his claws if you get near him in the pool. He will paddle over to you and try to climb up on you, can't imagine what a bear would do.

Wait let it get close to the water before you dart it that will teach to wander around acting like a bear. And yes the bear would shred you like the punctuation police on some news sites I have seen.

Shark vs. full-grown Brown Bear......I'm not so sure, a full-grown brownie could kill a cow with one swipe of it's paw, so the threat to a shark would be pretty severe too.

Not sure about shark vs bear but Polar Bears have been filmed killing Beluga whales (saw it on Nat Geo). I know it's not the same but it was interesting.

Canned hunt = the baiting and enticing desired target animal into a target area then shooting it. Generally in an enclosed area with little chance for escape by target animal. "Big Game" hunting with out the need to hunt. Bobo was enticed into the burb by picnic basket then...
